NutraCea Announces Settlement Of Securities Class Action Suit
Settlement to be Funded Entirely from Insurance Proceeds
PHOENIX, AZ, May 18, 2010 —NutraCea (NTRZ), a world leader in stabilized rice bran (SRB) nutrient research and technology, today announced that it has reached a complete settlement of the securities class action lawsuit initially filed on February 29, 2009. The settlement of the consolidated class action suit is subject to preliminary and final approval of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

NutraCea Completes Sale of Natural Glo, Satin Finish, Max-E-Glo Brands & Trademarks to Manna Pro
PHOENIX, AZ, April 22, 2010 —NutraCea (NTRZ), a world leader in stabilized rice bran (SRB) nutrient research and technology, today announced that on April 16, 2010 it completed the previously announced sale of NutraCea’s rights to Natural Glo, Satin Finish, and Max-E-Glo equine brands and trademarks, related goodwill and intellectual property along with certain bags, packaging materials and bagged inventory to Manna Pro Products, LLC (Manna Pro) for a total consideration of $753,484.

Eliseu Batista Resigns as Executive Vice President of Latin America
