NutraCea-Sponsored Study Demonstrates Benefits of Replacing Wheat Flour with Stabilized Rice Bran (SRB) in Battered and Fried Product Applications
PHOENIX, March 31, 2008/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ —NutraCea (OTC Bulletin Board: NTRZ), a world leader in stabilized rice bran (SRB), nutrient research and technology, today released the results of a significant new study, sponsored by NutraCea and conducted by Ingredient Technologies, an independent research firm, at Iowa State University, to determine the effects of adding stabilized rice bran (SRB) in battered and fried product applications.
The study, in which 20 percent of the wheat flour used in a batter preparation was replaced with SRB, showed that the finished product contained 32 percent less fat, 26 percent fewer calories, and five percent lower sodium than the batter prepared with wheat flour. In addition, the study indicated that the replacement of wheat flour with SRB had no effect on the color, taste or texture of the finished product.

NutraCea Completes Purchase of Phoenix Facility to Meet Increasing Customer Demand
PHOENIX, March 24, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ —NutraCea (OTC Bulletin Board: NTRZ), a world leader in stabilized rice bran (SRB), nutrient research and technology, announced today that it has completed the purchase of a 124,000 square foot production facility in Phoenix. The seven-year-old facility, located at 4502 West Monterosa Street, will enable NutraCea to expand its stage-two production of value-added rice bran derivatives and its line of baby cereal products to supply growing customer interest in NutraCea's nutrient-rich rice-bran-based products.
This new plant will have an initial capacity of 5,000 tons annually when fully operational and will provide enough room to accommodate up to 10,000 tons of annual production when it is fully built out. Integrated packaging will be conducted at the facility, as well, and the building will serve as a warehouse for raw materials and finished products for shipping. Installation of equipment will begin immediately, much of which is already fabricated, with commissioning of the facility set for October 2008.

NutraCea Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2007 Financial Results
PHOENIX, March 17, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ —NutraCea (OTC Bulletin Board: NTRZ), a world leader in stabilized rice bran (SRB), nutrient research and technology, today announced financial results for the 2007 fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2007. Consolidated net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2007 rose to $5.6 million, compared with consolidated net revenues of $5.2 million for the fourth quarter of 2006. Net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2007 were in line with Company's guidance for the quarter.
